Dr. Stacey W. Russell
Stacey W. Russell received her Doctorate in Dentistry from the School of Dentistry, University of Maryland Baltimore in 1995, also completing her clerkship in Comprehensive Care, at this time. She received her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore, Medical School in 1991. Dr. Russell graduated from Severna Park High School in 1986 and has lived in Severna Park with her family since 1978. She enjoys traveling with her husband Pete Freeman and their boys Wade, Mitch, Will & Quinn, photography and spending time either boating/kayaking on the river or hiking in Western Maryland.

Dr. Paul Deasey
Paul Deasey received his Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Maryland Dental School. While attending Dental School he also completed an Oral Surgery clerkship. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Environmental Studies from Stonehill College, in North Easton Massachusetts. After completing Dental School, Dr. Deasey completed a year-long general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA, working on medically compromised patients while dealing with complicated treatment plans. He followed up his residency by working in private practice in Pasadena, Maryland before joining our practice. Dr. Deasey and his family are long standing patients at our office and he wants to provide the same quality care that his family has received. Dr. Deasey enjoys being outdoors, wood-working and spending time with family.

Dr. Alison Wright Le
Alison Wright Le received her Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2010. She then completed her General Practice Residency at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Network in Allentown, PA in 2011. Returning to Maryland, she practiced dentistry in Baltimore until 2013 when she joined Severna Park Family and Cosmetic Dentistry upon Dr. Cheskis’ retirement. She received her BA in 2001 from Ithaca College, and after graduation moved to Baltimore where she worked in a research laboratory and earned her MS in biotechnology at the Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Wright is a native of Connecticut, but has enjoyed living in Maryland since 2001, and currently resides in
Severna Park with her husband, their son Harrison, and daughter Augusta. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and traveling.

Dr. Jason W. Zitofsky
Jason Zitofsky received his Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2007. While attending Dental School, he also completed an Oral Surgery clerkship. He received his BA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduation from Dental School, Dr. Zitofsky completed a year-
long residency in Advanced Education of General Dentistry. Upon matriculation of his residency, Dr. Zitofsky worked in Athens, Georgia for three years and then moved back to Maryland where he worked in Catonsville for 6 years. Dr. Zitofsky joined Russell, Deasey, Wright and Zitofsky in 2017. Dr. Zitofsky is a native New Yorker and he currently lives in Arnold with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys reading, and listening to music, watching sports and most weekends can be found on the sidelines of a sporting event cheering on one of his daughters.

Dr. Richard Y. Cheskis (retired)
Dick Cheskis received his Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Penn State University. After graduating from dental school he spent three years in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He has been a resident of Severna Park since 1965 and is a past president of the Greater Severna Park Athletic Association and a previous director of the soccer program.

Dr. Larry Hooper (retired)
Larry Hooper, a native of Anne Arundel county, received his Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Maryland Dental School, College of Dental Surgery in 1972. He received his Masters degree from St. John’s College, New York, in 1968 and his Bachelor of Science degree in 1966 from Mt. St. Mary’s College, Emmitsburg, Md. Practicing and residing in the area since 1972, Dr. Hooper actively participated in the Severna Park JC’s, Civitan, and coached in the Green Hornets organization for 8 years.

Dr. J. Lawrence Schatz (deceased)
Larry Schatz was a native of Maryland who grew up in Catonsville, and moved to Severna Park having received his Doctorate in Dentistry from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School, University of Maryland in 1964. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola College, Baltimore, in 1960. Dr Schatz was drafted during the Vietnam war and served a two year tour of duty in the U. S. Army Dental Corp before returning to Severna Park in 1968, where he practiced general dentristy. He passed away in 2024.
